The Platform facilitates subscriptions to tipster channels but does not itself provide betting advice, accept bets, or guarantee any outcomes. All content provided by tipsters represents their personal opinions and analysis.
3. User Accounts
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Subscription fees are set by individual tipsters and are subject to a 15% platform fee. Payments are processed through manual approval by our team. Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. We reserve the right to modify pricing structures with reasonable notice to users.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform and all content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any tipster's predictions or performance data. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Betting involves substantial risk of financial loss.
6. Limitation of Liability
TipsterPro shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to financial losses from betting activities based on tipster recommendations.
